A Bit About Me
I have 19 years of experience supporting youth, adults and family members who have concerns with mental health and/or addictions. By integrating motivational interviewing, CBT and DBT into my client-centered approach, I ensure that I am providing comprehensive and evidence-based support to youth, adults, and family members dealing with mental health and/or addiction issues. My approach allows me to tailor my interventions to the specific needs of each individual, empowering them to make positive changes and enhance their overall well-being.
What to Expect
As a psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I place the needs and preferences of my clients at the forefront of my practice. I recognizes that every individual is unique and tailor my approach to meet their specific needs and goals. By creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment, I encourage clients to actively participate in their own healing and recovery process.
