Mindful Healing Group
Are you looking for a bit more guidance on the concept of mindfulness, how to hone your skills and implement mindfulness into your daily practice? Are you interested in having a weekly space available to engage in mindfulness practice?
Engaging in mindfulness has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and assist in healing journeys moving through addictions, trauma and grief/loss.

This group will focus on building the skills needed to excel at cultivating mindfulness in your daily life. It allows space to practice weekly mindfulness exercises with the guidance of two registered psychotherapists and encourage thought provoking conversations. Each participant will also receive a package of: helpful tips, mindfulness exercises and resources to continue their learning outside of the group format.

Time: 8-9pm
Cost: $35 per session ($140 +HST)
